Bhopali group had started with cottage industries & handlooms, with a bare minimum staff.In due course of time they shifted to powerlooms and their specialty was cotton sarees which increased their business mainly because they laid stress on quality over quantity. They had their own yarn dying unit, so that they could introduce new shades & colors which were not easily available in the market and that too at very economical prices.
Gradually, Bhopali Group shifted to man made silk sarees and fabrics which created a sensation in the market. They also started weaving with blended yarn like siffon and were among the few people who started weaving of multi color fabric, their products were in high demand and have been supplied to the biggest mills in India like Khatau Mills among others. But the real success of the Bhopali Group came when it started the production of Lungies & Sarongs.
The vision of group's CEO Mr. Altaf bhopali to make the company one of the biggest manufacturer and supplier was met with the manufacturing of Lungies with the brand name MUNSHI LUNGIES. This product created history of its sort, today, the common man has identified this product as a Hall Mark of quality at a very economical price offered. Since there was no looking back for the company.
In fact, The Munshi Lungies has become a household name nationwide.
